Refunds will be issued if the product is deemed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied if returned within 90 days of receipt of your MC parcel.
Please note every piece of leather used to make the MC range is different and has its own natural textures and markings. These are not faults but are what makes each bag unique.
If you change your mind we are happy to offer you a refund, credit or exchange if the item is returned unused in its original packaging within 10 days from receipt of your parcel in New Zealand or 14 days for international parcels. Please note any used, damaged or returned items not in their original packaging will not be accepted. Any items returned outside of the specified times will not be accepted. MC does not cover the cost of returning these items. We recommend you purchase a signature required courier option as returned goods are your responsibility until received at MC headquarters.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your return.
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please contact us directly in the event an exchange is needed. The purchaser must cover all postage costs for exchanged items.
